TEMPERED MACHINE
Characteristics
• Also known as safety glass
• Undergoes a 700 ̊C heat treatment
• It’s a 4-6 times stronger than unprocessed glass.
• Upon breakage, glass will break into roughly, small particles that are not sharp

• Max size: 2800x5200mm
Applications:
• Used for shopfronts, shower cubicles, false wall, main entrance
CNC (COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL)
Characteristics
• Able to customise to shapes and designs.
• Perfect edge after polishing
• Edge can be exposed with a shining finishing
Disadvantages
• Longer lead time
• Costly
Applications:
• Used for meeting room or dining tables, stair railings and counter tops
LAMINATED MACHINE
Characteristics
• 2 or more pieces of glass are bonded together with plastic (PVB) interlayer
• The PVB keeps the pieces of glass intact when its broken
• Available in Clear Translucent, Polar White and Coloured PVBs
• You may bring your desired fabric to process the lamination

• Lead Time: 5 days
• Max size: 2800x5200mm
Applications:
• Used for skylights, lift doors, stairway railings and glass flooring
WATeR-JET CUTTING
Characteristics
• Able to customise to shapes and designs.
• Close to perfect cutting of gaps
• Less costly compared to CNC
Disadvantages
• Dull finish after polishing

• Used for kitchen and bathroom splash backs
